Primary Objective:Responsible for creation, control, and administration of MTS Customer Service orders from order receipt through completion utilizing specific tools and applications. Ensures MTS’s policy and procedures, Government regulations, and audit requirements are followed and understood to mitigate risk to MTS and that all deadlines are met to ensure efficient delivery of service and accurate fiscal period order/revenue reporting.

Major Areas of Accountability:

• Reviews contract/ purchase order terms and conditions to insure uniform application of contractual policies and procedures.
• Verifies DoA (Delegation of Authority) and warranty approvals are received and applied appropriately.
• Creates field service orders in the business management system based on established procedures and guidelines.
• Creates and provides follow-up on stock transport orders for field service part requirements.
• Creates field service related purchase requisitions for external materials or services.
• Partners with the Technical Service Coordinators to ensure timely scheduling of field service delivery.
• Responsible for adhering to and continuously improving upon the Service Administration, Stock Transport, and Purchase Requisition content on the Service page of the MTS Quality System.
• Assists in coordinating the shipment of assets, materials and/or services
• Tracks, audits, and processes completion of field service orders in business management system.
• Creates timely billing confirmations for all billing related (internal and external) field service orders to meet defined deadlines based on established processes and guidelines.
• Distributes copies of completed field installation reports as instructed for inclusion in project documentation files.
• Other Duties as assigned.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or AA degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or high school diploma and 8 years of relevant experience
• SAP and Workforce Management software application experience preferred
• Ability to clearly communicate in writing and orally
• Ability to track and process multiple demands in a fast paced environment
• Strong problem solving
