Primary Objective: Contributes to planning and administration in the areas of system analysis, consultation, system upgrades, troubleshooting, new system implementation and continuous improvement. Proves hands-on support necessary to ensure the delivery of improved and integrated HRIS services. Partners with business owners to facilitate problem resolution, system modifications and user interface enhancement.

Major Areas of Accountability:
1. Support the architecture, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems including but not limited to:
• Human Capital Data Management
• Applicant Tracking
• Benefits Administration
• Learning and Development
• Performance Management
• Succession Planning

2. Support interfacing initiatives including importing and exporting functionality

3. Support system maintenance requirements and implements enhancements to existing systems to ensure and improve business area efficiency. Works closely with end users to determine which enhancements to implement.

4. Responsible for all global employee data changes and data integrity in SuccessFactors Employee Central, including new hires, terminations, and employee changes

5. Manages day to day administration and support of self-service workflow in SuccessFactors Employee Central.

6. Identify and troubleshoot business system application issues. Partners with business owners and system application vendors to resolve, test, and implement system modifications. Documents and implements system and/or process changes.

7. Implements and documents process changes and tests business system applications. Test and implement configuration changes to HR Systems using Sarbanes-Oxley-compliant process.

8. Supports business unit system operations and the continuous processing, handling and storage of data

9. Updates data, links, and layout for HR Intranet home page

10. Supports directed business standards and documentation to ensure integrity of the data

11. Facilitates training of end users and updates training materials as required

12. Creates reports for end users related to business need. Assists business owners in running reports


Minimum Qualifications:
Education:  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Experience: 2 years relevant experience with Bachelor’s degree, 6 years relevant experience with Associate’s degree.
Travel Requirements:  Minimal


Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in large scale human resource management systems (SuccessFactors preferred)
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Experience supporting system architecture, design and development
• Possesses & applies a comprehensive knowledge of area of specialization to the completion of complex assignments.
• Strong critical thinking ability.
• Understands complexities of several business areas.
• Understands multiple related business functions.
